So this is how it all began… Lockdown revealed our inner creativity, a side of us we very unlikely would have taken the time to explore, me included…my house is full of succulents!
At that time I took on the challenge of my life, with the support from family and friends I now own a lovely little shop, Twig & Ink opening December 2020! With the loyalty of locals I now have many new and returning customers from all over the UK, even the occasional groups from across the water.
With ethics leading my direction and conscious buying I try to keep my footprint small selling ethically produced clothing made from natural materials, locally sourced vegan and eco friendly skincare products, lots of lovely gifty things and even my own artwork 🙂
There’s so much to love about Knaresborough, from the beautiful historic buildings to the Castle!! Breathtaking views over the viaduct, the variety of the uniquely gorgeous shops, cafes, beauticians and most of all the local people who support us all 🙂
